National Pie day & WIP Wednesdays!

Did you know that today is National Pie Day?!! how fun is that? do we ever really need a reason to eat pie? no, but if you think you do, now you have a great reason :) Today I will be making chicken pot pie and making a apple pie, or if I decide to sew, then I will go buy a chocolate pie! ha! the guys should really love me tonight :)

I am also still sewing this block for the Riley Blake BOM...my sewing time, quite didn't happen yesterday like I thought it would..

I am going to play along with Freshly Pieced, WIP Wednesdays, I think it's my first time! I might have done it a long time ago, or thinking I wanted to but not sure if I ever did :) should be fun and help me sew more, right?

I really like the low volume feel of your quilt. Nice work. Thanks for sharing.

I love the colors in this one. And in case no one else tells you, welcome to WIP Wednesday. I don't always get my post up in time but its a great way to keep track and if you are like me its a great place to make yourself feel guilty for not getting it all done :) But seriously I love posting because it is where I usually pose all my questions about current projects and get some good feedback.
